The elliptical nanocrystalline magnetic core is mainly used for the power control and inverter of new energy electric vehicles, and it is convenient to cross the bus directly. Mainly used in between the inverter and motor, filter out high frequency noise, in order to protect the inverter and motor bearing, in the new energy electric vehicle powertrain, widely used in the charging station, let the car pass EMC test. Electric vehicle nanocrystalline magnetic core can be used for dc side and ac side.

Performance characteristics:

High saturation magnetic induction intensity - compared with traditional ferrite core, the transformer volume can be reduced.

High permeability - increased efficiency, low excitation power, reduced copper loss.

Low coercivity and low iron loss - low temperature rise of transformer, energy saving and low carbon environmental protection.

High Curie temperature, excellent temperature characteristic, working temperature and 40-130 ℃
